Pierre Naudé played a key role in the founding of nCino and has served as the Company's Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors since its inception. With more than 35 years of financial technology experience, Pierre is passionate about transforming the financial services industry. The visionary behind nCino's innovative culture, which has been recognized across the industry, Pierre's leadership has fostered nCino's growth from a startup to a premier global fintech company. Previously, Pierre served as the Divisional President of S1 Corporation and as Vice President and Managing Partner of Unisys. Pierre holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management from Upper Iowa University.
Greg Orenstein serves as nCino's Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the Company's global financial and administrative functions. Greg joined nCino in 2015 and has held several executive positions, most recently serving as Chief Corporate Development & Strategy Officer. Previously, he served as nCino's Chief Corporate Development & Legal Officer and Secretary. Greg has played a critical role in driving the Company's growth, corporate strategy, acquisition, investment, and corporate finance activities. Prior to nCino, he was Of Counsel at the global law firm of DLA Piper and held various executive positions at S1 Corporation. Greg holds a BA from the University of Maryland and a J.D. from Emory University.
Sean Desmond serves as nCino's Chief Product Officer, overseeing the Company's Product Development & Engineering organization globally. Prior to his current role, Sean served as Chief of Customer Success at nCino. He is passionate about building high performing teams and has successfully led delivery and professional services organizations at multiple large-scale technology companies. Before nCino, Sean held various positions at Informatica, most recently serving as Vice President, Global Delivery. Prior to that, he served as a Business Analyst at Platinum Technologies. Sean holds a BA in Business Administration from James Madison University.
April Rieger is nCino's Chief Legal & Compliance Officer overseeing all aspects of the Company's legal function, including contracts, governance, compliance, and intellectual property matters. She joined nCino in 2018 after more than a decade as an attorney at Williams & Connolly LLP in Washington, D.C., one of the world's premier law firms, where she worked on a wide variety of corporate and litigation matters. Prior to that, she served as a law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. April holds a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a J.D. from Cornell University Law School.
John Moonshower serves as nCino's Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for overseeing digital marketing, conferences and events, public relations, external communications, creative and brand channels, and global market strategy. He joined nCino in 2016 and has held multiple roles, most recently leading our Enterprise Sales and Account Management organizations across North America. Before nCino, he was a Strategic Account Manager for MSC Software and previously served as an officer in the United States Army. John is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point.
Chris Ainsworth serves as nCino's Chief People Officer, overseeing the Company's global talent functions, including Human Resources, Recruiting, and Employee Enablement. He brings 25 years of experience leading high performing teams in complex global organizations. Before nCino, Chris served as Global Chief Human Resources Officer of CFA Institute, where he implemented a multi-year roadmap to reshape company culture and define cultural values, improved company engagement, and introduced the first DEI function. Previously, he held senior talent and HR roles at institutions including TD Bank, American Express, and GMAC Insurance. Chris holds a BA in Accounting from Northeast Louisiana University and an MBA from Wake Forest University.
Thomas Hill serves as nCino’s Chief Information Security Officer. In this role, Thomas safeguards the security, privacy, integrity, and ethical handling of data and safeguarding our customer data. Prior to nCino, Thomas has held positions as Chief Information and Security Officer for Live Oak Bank and Verizon Telematics, Vice President of Enterprise Information Security and Risk Management at Unum, and Managing Director of Risk and Security Operations at S1 Corporation.
Thomas earned his BBA and MBA degrees at Saint Leo University.
Ben Miller serves as Executive Vice President of U.S. Mortgage, overseeing the growth and innovation of nCino’s Mortgage Suite (formerly SimpleNexus) and its continued focus on transformation within the home lending industry. Before the acquisition by nCino in 2022, Ben led SimpleNexus as one of its original cofounders. As a seasoned leader with more than 15 years of experience driving innovative business strategy, operations, and go-to-market activities, Ben played a critical role in scaling SimpleNexus into the leading digital homeownership software company in the U.S., serving more than 300 independent mortgage banks (IMBs), over 100 banks and credit unions, and more than 41,000 loan originators nationwide. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida State University and an MBA from Brigham Young University.
Davis Brannan serves as nCino's Executive Vice President, Strategic Operations, overseeing the company’s APAC and EMEA regions and robust partner ecosystem. He leads nCino’s M&A integrations as part of the company’s ongoing growth strategy. Prior to his current role, Davis served nCino as Executive Vice President, Ecosystems & Strategic Growth, leading multiple business lines for the Company, including global partners, global enablement, and the partner markets channel, as well as overseeing nCino's businesses in Japan, Australia, and New Zealand. Davis joined nCino in 2015, after more than 14 years at Accenture, where he served as a leader in their banking practice, advising and consulting with financial institutions around the world.
Davis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia.
Paul Clarkson serves as nCino’s Executive Vice President, Global Revenue. In this role, Paul oversees the strategic direction, growth, and profitability of the company's revenue streams across multiple markets and segments. He has also held previous positions at nCino, including Executive Vice President of US Financial Institutions, where he was responsible for account management and business development globally. Prior to nCino, he managed strategic accounts for an engineering software company. Paul was a Marine Corps helicopter pilot before his career in software and has been deployed to Afghanistan, Africa, and Haiti. He is a graduate of the US Naval Academy.
Ryan serves as nCino’s EVP of Customer Success. In this role, Ryan oversees all post-sale activities for the company including customer onboarding, customer success management, and support engineering. Ryan joined nCino in 2013 and has held multiple roles, most recently leading our Global Professional Services organization. Before nCino, he held various positions at BB&T (now Truist).
Ryan earned his BS in Economics and MBA degrees from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
