Pierre Naudé played a key role in the founding of nCino and has served as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors since its inception. With more than 35 years of financial technology experience, Pierre is passionate about transforming the financial services industry through innovation, reputation and speed. He is the visionary behind nCino’s strong and innovative culture, which has been widely recognized across the industry, including being named to the Forbes Cloud 100 for two consecutive years, being named the No. 1 "Best Fintech to Work For" by SourceMedia, and the Best Company for Career Growth in 2021 by Comparably. Under Pierre’s leadership, nCino has grown from a startup in Wilmington, N.C. to a premier global fintech company with seven offices, more than 1,200 employees and more than 1,200 financial institution customers of all sizes around the world.
Previously, Pierre served as the Divisional President of S1 Corporation from October 2005 to its acquisition in February 2012. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and Managing Partner of Unisys, a global information technology company.
Pierre holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management from Upper Iowa University.
Josh Glover serves as nCino's President and Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for global sales, pre-sales, business development, channels and alliances, and marketing, in addition to leading nCino’s business and operations. A year-one nCino employee, Josh has been vital to the Company’s growth, overseeing customers’ digital transformation journeys and spearheading nCino’s expansion across North America, EMEA and APAC. Prior to joining nCino, he served as a Relationship Manager at Live Oak Bank following a decade of service as a Marine Corps Special Operations and Infantry Officer. Josh is a decorated combat veteran who led Marines through four deployments and whose awards include the Silver Star Medal, the Bronze Star Medal for valor and three Purple Heart Medals. He is also a Board member for The Marine Raider Foundation, a non-profit that provides benevolent support to the Marines, Sailors and families of Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command.
Josh is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and holds a Master of Business Administration from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
David Rudow serves as nCino's Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the Company's global financial and administrative functions, including finance, accounting, investor relations, treasury, facilities and IT. He brings approximately 20 years of software investment and investment banking expertise as well as experience leading successful financial organizations. Prior to joining nCino in October 2019, David managed the finance team at CentralSquare Technologies, overseeing budgeting and planning, forecasting, investor reporting, treasury and analytics. Previously, he held senior analyst roles for several leading investment banking and asset management firms, including Thrivent Asset Management, Piper Jaffray and J.P. Morgan. David is also a Certified Public Accountant and previously worked at KPMG and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
David holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Illinois, Chicago and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
Sean Desmond serves as nCino's Chief Customer Success Officer and brings more than 25 years of experience in the enterprise software industry to the nCino team. Sean is responsible for ensuring customer success globally and oversees all of the Company's customer experience functions, including implementation, support, training, integrations and customer success management. Sean is passionate about building high performing teams and has successfully led delivery and professional services organizations at multiple large-scale technology companies.
Prior to joining nCino in 2013, Sean held various positions at Informatica, most recently serving as Vice President, Global Delivery. Prior to that, he served as a Business Analyst at Platinum Technologies.
Sean holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University.
Greg Orenstein serves as nCino's Chief Corporate Development & Strategy Officer and is responsible for the Company’s corporate strategy including identifying and executing growth initiatives, mergers and acquisitions and investment activities. Greg is a seasoned leader with more than 20 years of experience driving corporate strategy and executing M&A and corporate finance transactions within the financial technology sector. Prior to joining nCino in 2015, he was Of Counsel at the global law firm of DLA Piper and held various positions at S1 Corporation, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland and a J.D. from Emory University School of Law.
Trisha Price serves as nCino's Chief Innovation Officer, leading efforts to drive new product strategy and innovation and help ensure the alignment of nCino’s technology vision and business strategy. Trisha joined nCino in 2016 and previously served as Chief Product Officer, playing a pivotal role in the growth, development, strategic direction and ongoing innovation of the nCino Bank Operating System®. Under her leadership, the nCino product has expanded across numerous business lines and geographies, scaling from a U.S.-based commercial loan origination system to a global banking platform. Prior to joining nCino, she spent nearly 20 years working in financial services and technology, including holding numerous senior leadership positions at Primatics Financial and Fannie Mae. Trisha has received numerous awards and industry accolades, including being named by The Financial Technology Report as one of the Top 25 Women Leaders in Financial Technology, and currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Docebo.
Trisha holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Mathematics Education from North Carolina State University and a Master of Liberal Arts in Extension Studies, Software Engineering from Harvard University.
Jonathan Rowe serves as nCino's Chief Marketing Officer, helping fuel growth for the worldwide leader in cloud banking. Jonathan and the Marketing Team are responsible for the Company's global branding, public relations, conferences, creative design, digital, and product marketing functions. Jonathan also oversees nCino’s Recruiting Team and all employer and culture branding initiatives. A year-one nCino employee, Jonathan has been instrumental in establishing the nCino brand and leading the Company's marketing functions globally.
Prior to joining nCino, Jonathan was a professor in the Cameron School of Business and Director of the Entrepreneurship Center at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. He holds a Bachelor of Science in International Marketing from UNC Wilmington, a Master of Business Administration from Babson College and a Ph.D. in Business Administration and Management from the University of Auckland.
Josh Marcy serves as nCino’s Executive Vice President of Product Management, overseeing the Company’s product development roadmap across all solutions, as well as all technology partnerships across the platform. He joined nCino in 2018 and has been instrumental in the continued growth and development of the Company’s flagship Commercial Banking and Loan Origination solution in addition to launching new product solutions, including Automated Spreading and Commercial Pricing and Profitability, part of nCino IQ (nIQ). Josh brings more than 20 years of fintech industry experience, holding various senior leadership roles at Custom Credit Systems, Misys and Finastra. Previously, he worked in banking, holding multiple roles at Wells Fargo and Bank One (now Chase) with a focus on small business lending.
Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Arizona State University.
Dory Weiss serves as nCino’s Executive Vice President of Engineering, leading the Company’s global engineering function and agile methodology practice. Dory joined nCino in 2013 as a Senior Software Developer and has led the engineering department since 2016, growing it from a small team into a global organization of software engineers, QA engineers, devOps engineers, architects and managers. Previously, she spent six years as a Senior Software Developer at the University of Texas, where she managed a team of developers and served as the primary technical lead for many of the University's eCommunications, business and administrative applications. Dory is also a member of the Board of Directors of The Carousel Center, a nationally accredited child advocacy center, and is a leader of the Diversity & Inclusion Council at nCino.
Dory holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Earlham College, a Master of Arts in English from the University of Iowa and is a graduate of the University of Texas Software Analyst Training Program.
April Rieger is nCino’s Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary, overseeing all aspects of the Company’s legal function, including contracts, governance, compliance and intellectual property matters. She joined nCino in 2018 after more than a decade as an attorney at Williams & Connolly LLP in Washington, D.C., one of the world’s premier law firms, where she worked on a wide variety of corporate and litigation matters. Prior to that, she served as a law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
April holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a J.D. from Cornell University Law School.
Pullen Daniel serves as nCino’s Executive Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy, helping lead the Company's strategic planning, corporate development and M&A initiatives. Previously, Pullen led nCino's operations in EMEA, starting its London office, winning key international customer accounts, and spearheading the Company's expansion across the continent. Before starting nCino’s London office and EMEA presence, Pullen led all U.S. sales for the Company. A co-founder of nCino, Pullen has 20 years of financial services and banking experience and prior to nCino served as the Director and Vice President of the business advisory group at Live Oak Bank.
Pullen holds a Bachelor of Arts from Washington and Lee University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Davis Brannan serves as nCino's Executive Vice President of Global Channels & APAC. In his role, Davis leads multiple business lines for the Company, including global partners, global enablement and the partner markets channel, as well as overseeing nCino’s businesses in Japan, Australia and New Zealand. Davis joined nCino in 2015, after more than 14 years at Accenture, where he served as a leader in their banking practice, advising and consulting with financial institutions around the world.
Davis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia.
